Gift Cards are non-refundable. Misplaced gift cards cannot be looked up in the system. Treat them as cash.
With our 24 hour cancellation policy, missed appointments will incur a charge of 100% of the service price to the credit card on file. Gift Certificates cannot be used for cancellations (if you need to cancel an appointment and we are closed, please leave us a voicemail at least 24 hours in advance).
